1. 1. 1. Adoption of September 2025 agenda by unanimous consent.

PRESIDENT’S REPORT – 6:05

1. 1. 1. National Night Out make-up will be on Oct 23 at 6:00PM at Rose Circle Park. We’re calling it Public Safety Day. Fire trucks, police, PAD, and a couple of other vendors. Hot dogs, hamburgers. There will be a Halloween theme.

STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL POSITION (Troy Farina, Treasurer) – 6:10

1. 1. 1. Current balance is $11,865.97. Only outstanding invoices are for photographer, security, some additional lighting, and parking. 
      2. Discussion of possible ways to increase proceeds from the event in the future, such as food trucks, bar service, etc.
      3. Discussion of structure of financial accounts.

COMMITTEE REPORTS – 6:30

1. 1. 1. Zoning, Land Use, and Code Enforcement
         • Zoning Committee Chair attended the OneWestEnd presentation yesterday and discussed the activity that’s still occurring at the corner of Abernathy and Lee. Parking lot will temporarily reopen for Morehouse Homecoming on October 18th. The developer will have increased security there as well. 
         • 785 Lee St. Memorandum of Understanding Discussion 
         • Peeples St. Project status and timeline
      2. Events
         • Public Safety Night – 10/23 at 6pm at RCP
         • End of Year Member Appreciation Party – Hop City can cater. 
         • Kids Christmas Party
      3. Environmental Health & Beautification
         • Placemaking is moving forward for RCP
         • Site furnishings being installed at Howell Park
         • Park Pride Design Grant for West End Park is moving forward. It’s a full-fledged master-planning grant.
         • Conversation regarding park grants
      4. Membership – 
         • WEND Wednesdays proposed for day after meetings
         • Brooks is stepping down from Membership Chair.
      5. Transportation
         • Attended the One West End event and spoke with the developer and was impressed.
         • Cary B. will reach out to Committee Chair about tactical urbanism ideas.
