Answer: a) If you see someone renovating the outside of the house without a permtt call Urban Design, 404.330.6200. The owner must have his plans reviewed to make sure it is in line with our historic district. b) If the person, is renovating inside the home you can go to http://www.atlantaga.gov/government/planning_onlinepermits.aspx to see if a permit was issue. Then call 404. 330.6150. c) If you look and the permit is lower than the scope of work being done call inspection at 404.546.1000 or Mike Scott at 404.456.1051, who is the supervisor. |
