Mr. Pellegrine seeks support to change the footpath of the beltline trail due to sewer lines and grading issues.  Per Pellegrine the cost to remove and or relocate these issues became prohibitive, so the original design must be changed.

Discussion was held on the need for signage directing people since the new path curve.

Motion: To realign the beltline walking trail, with suggestion to the urban design use the northwest corner of Langhorn Street and Greenwich Streets

The vote was 5 to approve, 3 to deny

Mortgage Fraud, Bret Brewer, Chair

Brent  will with representatives of the Fulton County Board of Assessors to help them identify true sales for 2007 property evaluation.  If this approach does not work, the committee is looking into a neighborhood-wide tax assessment appeal.
