I've got an offer in on a house in the neighborhood and I'm trying to get together a list of possible contractors that are willing to do work in the area and work with a 203k loan. Does anyone have one, two...a list of people that they've either worked with or are familiar with who can help in this situation? Any feedback would be much appreciated.

John Pavlin has done some work on a 203K home for a client however I think he is booked now.

If you go on the HUD site: entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/f17cnsltdata.cfm

and look up consultants in our area (Atlanta 30310) you will get a list of those approved and they can direct you to additional resources. I usual direct my clients here.

This guy (below) is working on a home for me and is on the FHA approved list, was given to me by my 203K mortgage guy….I don’t know of his work since I just started working with him.
