Believe it or not it is time to think about nexts year's tour. Next year we want to do a tour, a concert and a festival to celebrate May Day.

I need your ideas. Here is one of mine.

I would love to have a May Day Queen. Please post your idea, maybe it will be the one we use.

PS if we use your idea you must help implement it.

I suggest removed the condition of requiring someone to help just because they suggest an idea. We don't want anything to hold people back from making good ideas.

ok damn! how am I going to get my helpers? Ok ideas are always welcome with or without help but if you help the chance increase your idea will become a reality.

Well we are at this point again. We have started to work on the tour. So far we have the following areas covered

Chair we have
Volunteers
Broucher

We need the following heads of state

Marketing (this might be taken) Will need to be filled by October
Financial ( This person will be in charge of collecting checks, getting checks for Joetta for expenses, keeping monthly track of monies, reporting to tour committee) This position is needed NOW

Sponsorship ( this peson will be in charge of soliciting money from local businesses) This position is need NOW

Concert (This person will contact will artist, Wren nest, port-a- potti, anything that makes the concert work)

Home selection - this person head the selection of homes, help the owners get things ready, communicate with them organization the bruches, lunches, after tour dinner etc.

I probably need more heads. Please note all position except from financial wil have a team to work with.

I need your help.

I'd like to help, but I'm trying to pace myself before I commit to something I can't completely do. Any suggestions? I'll take a look at your volunteer list.
Maybe I can help on the committee working with the homes on tour? I’ll see..

Nia, I would like for you to help with that. I want more homes from you side of town. This committee does not take too much time.
