Poor John is so busy it's hard to get ahold of him sometimes. Poor, poor John, with more business than he can handle.

Recently I hired a new neighbor who lives in Westview, Kenneth Williams, to install a light fixture for me. He did a good job and only charged me $30 even though he had kind of a hard time with it because of the age of the existing ceiling box and the way the ceiling was built around it. Kenneth has a lot of years of maintenance experience and moved to the West End hoping to get work helping with lots of rehabs. But as we all know, mortgage fraud has ravaged the neighborhood and rehabs aren't yet happening at the rate we'd all like to see.

Taylor's work is great- you can see a lot of his work in the homes he have on Oak. One of my buyers have been waiting for him to buy and redo a home just so she can buy it from him!*fingers crossed, she will be a resident in October*
