WEST END ATLANTA

My home at 832 White St is (almost!)ready to Rent.

As per Hans' suggestion, it would be great to have Police Officers living in West End. Although the plan was to rent this house for $1400, I will offer it to Law Enforcement for $1295 per month.

In Miami I worked closely with police officers on the Fire Department, but I do not have that luxury in West End. So I need everyone's help to spread the word, especially to law enforcement officers, that this great house is available!

Anyone would be proud to live in this upscale house, it even has an indoor sauna! Although I have not gotten it cleaned up yet, it also has a great yard for entertaining with stone and brick patios, a BBQ, hot tub, decks, storage shed and wooden privacy fence.

I still have a few things to finish inside, but it is definitely 'show-able. Please feelfree to pass this info on to anyone you think would be a great addition to WE!

FYI, 957 White Street is "Coming Soon". I close on this 4/2 house June 6th!

I think it is great that we have these rentals and home for sale here but it is lost on the forum. I going work with Derek to see if we can not given them a more prominent place ont he website.
