Hey guys- please help me spread the word, I have a new listing on Oglethorpe!!! The listing price will be 299K (We are reviewing ALL offers) This is a wonderful opportunity to live on beautiful Oglethorpe. I'll have pictures up on my blog soon and of course a few open houses for you to tour it. This is a 3bdrm &2 1/2 bath
I'll keep you updated on the status. At the present I do not have a lock box nor is the listing officially being advertised until some repairs are made- it was vandalized but the seller will replace Furnace, Hvac etc..

I also have an investor special at 1285 Greenwich. The home is a 2/1bth and need total renovation. ALL offers are being considered.
